Our Artisan Sourdough range are naturally leavened and left to ferment slowly over 40 hours, achieving the ultimate texture and flavour that defines artisan baking.
We also produce a range of decadent pastries, featuring soft, sticky Cinnamon Scrolls and our specialty Almond Croissants. Loaded with almond frangipane and soaked with a rum-scented syrup, our Almond Croissants are baked until caramelised and full of flavour.
In addition we have a range of continental loaves and rolls, as well as a wide variety of traditional breads. We have an extensive range of Spelt flour products, an ancient grain that is easy to digest. Spelt flour breads offer a delicious alternative for those with wheat or gluten intolerance.
